Dough Bistro




Dough Bistro is a modern french restaurant, located in West Park, near Headingley in North Leeds. With a Parisienne feel, and menus to suit any budget, Dough champions local producers and ingredients and creates typical French dishes with a Leeds and Yorkshire twist.

Formally a bakery, Dough’s head chef, Luke Downing, took the over┬áreins in 2007 and the restaurant has been at the pinnicle of Leeds independent food industry ever since. Winning a multitude of awards for Dough’s informal fine dining attitude, Dough and Downing have now spawned new incarnations, to allow this West Park Bistro, in North Leeds,┬áto return to the modern French cooking, that Dough as a suburban destination, was renowned for.

Dough Bistro prides itself on offering award winning French Cuisine, Leeds, and specialises in offering innovative, locally sourced food, with a modern take on some traditional, and some not so traditional French style dishes. With our chef’s special Tasting menu, our brilliantly valued menu du jour, our bespoke and individual cocktails and our Parisienne charm, we hope our passion for what we do, is apparent in our food.
